Rigid Floor
Eclipse is made with an EP copolymer topskin and high density foam center – meaning it’s extremely anti-slip, waterproof, impact resistant, chemical resistant, and built to last. Outperforming plywood in every comparable metric!
In high-demand environments, plywood often fails from extensive overuse and becomes a safety hazard for operators. Chemicals and other liquid substances eat away at the phenolic coating, compromising the topskin.
One-Piece Floor
Eclipse gains its biggest advantage on traditional floors due to its unique one-piece design and lightweight composition.
It has no floor seams, h-tracks, glue, or other joining components. It’s specifically engineered to seamlessly fit any size van or vehicle.
Plus, being extremely lightweight, fleets are able to preserve valuable GVW (gross vehicle weight), allowing for a higher payload output.
